The Whistler Conference Centre is the ideal stage ISSW 2026, with over 40,000 square feet of versatile meeting space.

  • The Main Conference Proceedings will take place in the beautiful Sea to Sky Ballroom on the Upper Level

  • The Rainbow Theatre, located on the Lower Level, will serve as a simulcast space where delegates can listen in while taking care of emails and other work during the conference

  • With the Poster’s up all week, they will be rotating between the Sea to Sky Ballroom on their given Presentation Day and the three main rooms on the Lower Level (Fitzsimmons, Garibaldi, and Harmony)

  • The Grand Foyer on the Upper Level and the Valley Foyer will play host to the Exhibitor Space and Coffee and Social Hour(s)
